This warranty covers the alternator and or starter against premature failure do to manufacturers defective components or workmanship. Premature failure may occur due to many variables. A-1 Autoelectric Co,.Inc will determine if the alternator and or starter is defective or abused upon receipt of the item after inspection and evaluation.

WARRANTY CLAIMS ON PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OUTSIDE SUPPLIERS Any product returned in a burned up condition due to abuse or misuse of the product, will be declined for warranty. The warranty is to cover defective components that may not make the life of the warranty period. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty as being free from defects We will replace, or repair the unit at our discretion . WARRANTY RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION If you have product that you believe to be defective. We recommend that you have the product tested by a local auto electric service, first. You may return the product for warranty evaluation. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of a-1 Autoelectric Co,.Inc. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please include a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number. See RETURNS section for RAN information. DAMAGE CLAIMS Always inspect your package upon delivery. Inspect all packages in the presence of the delivery driver. The driver must note any damage. Ask the driver about the Carrier's procedures for handling damage claims. You must hold the original box, packing material and damaged merchandise for inspection or the carrier will not honor the claim. You must notify the shipper for instructions on returning damaged goods. A-1 Autoelectric Co,.Inc is not responsible if no notification is given within 3 days of receipt. SHORTAGES Always check the contents of your delivery to insure all of the parts that you ordered were received. Please read the invoice. Double check all packing materials, because small items may be wrapped inside with these products, so save all packing materials. Shortages may occur from damage. Inspect the box for holes that would allow parts to fall out. If you are missing any item(s) be sure to check your invoice for back orders or canceled items before calling the parts counter. If A-1 Autoelectric Co,.inc has to split a shipment into multiple boxes, UPS may deliver packages on different days. If a shortage has occurred, save the box and packaging material. You need to contact the parts counter within 24 hours of delivery to assure prompt replacement. A-1autoelectric Co,.Inc assumes no liability after this period.
RETURNS Returns are accepted only when a Return Authorization number is granted from A-1 Autoelectric Co,.Inc. The return authorization number is provided to each customer on a one on one basis. In order to receive a Return authorization number call, 1-800-977-3347. Repack the item in a sturdy box, and include a copy of your invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID INSURED. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. No returns on electrical parts,unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or close out merchandise. There are no returns on items bought to fit applications which the vehicle manufacturer application guide cannot confirm. This means that if you have a vehicle that calls for one type of alternator and you decide to buy another type of alternator, and you cannot make it fit, you may not return it.
